Today Fr Oscar Lukefahr passed away

Today, I have received an email from the  Association of Miraculous Medals, I am a member of. Today,  Father Oscar Lukefahr passed away.

Fr Lukefahr was a Vincentian priest a religious educator and writer of 5 books about the Catholic faith.

Back in 2005 I have completed a correspondence course called "A Catholic Guide to the Bible" (Catholic principle of interpretation the Old and New Testament); with Catholic Home Study Service in Perryville, Missouri. 

I remember Fr Oscar Lukefahr not only as an educator,  but a spiritual advisor. He was very supportive. I consulted him regarding my personal decision, well after I completed my course. He advised me.
